Our Estate Sale this week will be the final liquidation of the estates of  Capko & Husak. These items are from their primary residences located in Aransas Pass & Corpus Christi. There are a select few furniture pieces and household items.  The furniture pieces are Ethan Allen American Traditional Maple line.  As a reminder this location is our offsite one and is right next to the Church of Christ building in Flour Bluff, across the street from the Baseball Field.  It is a large white double wide building with ample parking.   Directions: Coming from the freeway as you exit on Waldron go towards Yorktown (from Corpus that would be a right turn from the island that would be a left turn). Once you pass the High School which will be on your left hand side the next street is Glen Oak. You go past Glen Oak on past Caribbean. Once you pass Caribbean it will be on the left hand side of the road right next to the Church of Christ building across the street from the Baseball Field. If you get to Yorktown you have gone too far. There is a large open parking lot that can accommodate for parking.
