Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your attendance at todays first day of our sale. We wanted to clarify for your understanding that as it was stated in our email and web sight the sale that is happening this week was a little different. I have attached the email that was sent out which is the same one provided on our web page.
”This sale will be a little different than the usual estate sale. Thursday evening sale will be primarily for the Home Owners and those on our email list that contact us ahead of time to attend the sale on Thursday. Friday and Saturday will be open to the public.
It’s unfortunate if some were not able to contact us to get their names on the list prior to the sale for attendance. The staff at Marina del Sol were only doing their job. We had a very well attended sale today and so that was evident of many who did call and whose names were listed with the guards. Although we can appreciate the frustration you may have felt we were under contract and abided by the rules of the complex.
It is for this reason that we send out this second email. Friday and Saturday are for the General Public and again as this is a Condominium we are obligated to abide by their guidelines. Tomorrow the sale is open to the public and so no names are needed at the Guard Station. We are strongly recommending that when you come you might consider the following:
”A few tidbits will be that the parking of course will be a little tricky. However, we have planned with the Management of Marina del Sol to accommodate as many customers as possible at any given time. Extra parking can be at the second entrance to Cole Park where the parking lot goes down a little ways and backs Marina del Sol. There will be someone at the gate to allow entry to the property and you will be taken by staff to the actual condo. This will all be worth it as this sale is packed. Soon the condominium will be up for sale. Your patience will be greatly appreciated as we proceed with the process of the sale. Please feel free to either text or call with questions if we don’t answer just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.”
This sale continues through Friday and Saturday with start times of 9am to 4pm. As the condo is packed and fire codes only allow for so many at any given time there will be limited number of customers we will accommodate as many as allowed and in a timely manner. We hope that you will have a great rest of the evening and thank you for your understanding and patience.

In addition, we would love to say thank you to all of you who have been calling, texting, emailing concerns over all that we have been through as a family these past couple of months. We are happy to report that our daughter in law is doing great and so is our newest grandson. The passing of Joe’s mom was unexpected of course but we were grateful to have had many family and friends support in all of it. We are back and moving forward again and have revamped a little but nonetheless are happy to be back and have many great ideas and plans for our future in the business.
