To this end, and although this is not our usual procedure we had many requests throughout the sale for us to open on Sunday. After conferring with our client we have opted to open Sunday for a brief period of time. The time that was agreed upon was for Sunday the 12th of June between the times of 1pm ~ 4pm this will allow for those whom would like to attend church services, have breakfast can then come on over to continue the shopping experience. What’s in it for you well………all remaining items will be at the 75% off price. There is still an array of great items to be had and for those of you getting ready to head off to college this would be a great time to get those much needed items for your next college term.

Our Estate Sale this week will be the estate of Lt. Col., Chester J. Milcazarek and his surviving spouse Ginny. Chester & Ginny were longtime residents of Corpus Christi. Lt., Col Milcazarek or Chester as he was fondly known by his friends was a WWII Vet and Retired from the U.S. Airforce after serving 37 years. He was also retired from PPG Chemicals after 27 years of dedicated employment. He was involved in many organizations and a life member of the Confederate Air Force, the R.O.A. the American Legion, and the Air Force Association. He was also a member of the Liberator Club, the P.O.S.T., of South Texas, the Tax Payers Association and 782nd Bombardment Squadron. This sale has an array of items that will fancy quite a few. There are also many religious items that will be of great interest. We hope that you will join us at our sale this week and shop these great buys. Come on out and see a great item from 1877 during Pope Pius IX. This will be a great sale as well as an opportunity to purchase those treasures we all seek at estate sales.
