In keeping with the current situation with the Corona Virus (COVID-19) Delta Variant Strain and CDC current recommendations. Masks recommended due to the spike in the Delta Virus. We will continue to limit ten people at any given time within the home during the entire sale. Please be aware that Lucy’s staff counted within that group of ten. We will be providing sanitizers and wiping down areas continuously throughout the sale. We would like to emphasize that if you are feeling even the least bit ill please refrain from coming out to the sale. Follow all other procedures taken by local agencies such as hospitals with asking yourself the questions regarding your own personal health situation. If you do not wish to wear a mask we ask that you respect others wishes to do so or if asked to keep a safe distance. If you feel you have a need to wear a mask or need a mask Lucy’s Estate Sales will provide a disposable mask with one as an extra precautionary measure free of charge. Allowing for a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
An additional service we will provide unique to our sale. We are offering this estate sale online as well as by appointments for in person shopping. We will begin selling on Friday, September 24th at 8am when the sale opens online. To be fair to all customers, we do not sell advertised items n advance of the sale opening. Please be prepared to let us know your name, which item you are interested in purchasing and form of delivery. If picked up we will give instructions at the time of payment. This is the estate of the late Catherine Knepp preceded in death by her husband Henry (Hank) Knepp, longtime residents of Corpus Christi. Hank a retired WWII Navy Officer and Catherine his wife traveled extensively and spent years overseas and throughout the entire world. The Knepp home filled with collections of their adventures and travels both as a military family and as civilians with the Masonic & Shriners Organizations. Catherine was also a member or the Eastern Star. During Hank’s career with the Navy, they traveled the world over and it is quite evident in their home and items they had acquired throughout their life. After retirement Hank sought employment with the Christus Spohn System. Hank was very handy in creating and hand crafting shelving pieces that will be available for sale. This will most definitely be a shopper’s delight.
