 We wanted to say thank you yet again for the great turn out today and all the wonderful new friends we have made throughout this sale.  As many of you asked if we would be here on Sunday the 14th originally we were not scheduled to continue the sale however, between all the requests we have opted to do so.

There are still some treasures left, a few pieces of furniture and so to serve as a reminder Today Sunday, the 14th of December we will continue the sale for a shortened schedule of 12pm to 4pm.  As many of you discovered today the early bird gets the worm.............we will open promptly at noon.

Some furniture, some tools, household items come on by and shop for a bit we love to see you and once again thank you for your great support this past year.

In addition, the home is up for sale.  We hope that you will take the time out to come and shop. We look forward to seeing you again.  Also, please feel free to share this email with your friends.

 


Our last Estate Sale for this year will be in the Misty Winds Mobile Park off Ayers in Corpus Christi. This is the Estate of the Blaser Family.  Mr. Blaser was a Veteran of the USAF where he served as a Captain and served in the Korean War as a Pilot.  Mr. Blaser retired from the Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Business.  He was a long time resident of Corpus.

Although I am not a car dealer we are noting that at this estate sale there will be a vehicle for sale.  It is a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, 70K Miles, 4dr, V8, Leather Interior, clear title asking price is $6,900, this vehicle is in great shape and will be in the carport at the sale.  There will NOT be any test driving of the vehicle but will be available for inspection.  In addition, the home is up for sale.  We hope that you will take the time out to come and shop. The Misty Winds Mobile Park is off of Ayers.  When you get to the Misty Winds Mobile Park you want to take the second or middle entrance into the park.  The home is actually 202 Gentle Breeze right past the first stop sign and next to the Club House.  It is the only home in the park that has an awning and will be on the right hand side.  Being as this is a Mobile Home Park the parking will be a little challenging so please be mindful of the neighbors and take extra cautions as you approach the sale.
